cdCon 2021 is around the corner and like everyone, I am equally excited both as a speaker and audience to be part of it.

For the very first time along with cdCon, you get GitOps, Jenkins, and Spinnaker Summit respectively all in a week of June 22-25 so a knowledge-packed for every technology enthusiast.

To add to the great aroma of this event will be a pinch of salt & sugar of the leadership talk titled “400 Years Old Banking & Finance Group DevOps Cultural Transformation Journey”. Will be interesting in many ways.

Firstly, it’s a journey of an organization that is a ~4 centuries-old rich heritage whose purpose is to champion the potential of people, families, and businesses with over 12 financial brands successfully running to date.

Secondly, the story is about the Culture aspect which as per Gartner will be the cause of 90% of the organizations in the market of 10.31 billion USD failing to fully meet the DevOps Initiative expectations.

Thirdly, how Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle concept and the DORA research program Cultural Capabilities were married together to support this transformation will be interesting to hear.

Fourthly, it’s a journey so there are challenges and opportunities which will be called out to the wider community to support it. Hence the conversation will continue event after the event.

Still, you looking for more reasons why you need to register for this event. Visit this link cdCon | Linux Foundation Events
