To help us achieve these objectives we are hiring a Manager for our international Customer Success Management team. You will work with the VP of Customer Success and the Customer Success Group management team to build a world-class team of CSMs that has the right people, the right values, and is organized, creative and disciplined enough to meet our objectives.
This is a full-time remote position reporting to our VP of Customer Success. The position requires a dedicated working space with minimal distractions as well as a reliable broadband connection to conduct video-based meetings. Some travel will be required.
