What are your hobbies?
Inside the tech, I dive deep into the ever-evolving world of cloud native applications, while making a splash in the pool and cherishing quality time with family outside of the tech. 🚀💻🏊♀️👨👩👧👦
What did you want to be when you were a kid?
I am always a dreamer of the skies, forever chasing the stars. From childhood, I dreamed of becoming an astronaut or pilot. ✨🚀✈️
What led you to a career in tech?
I come from a country where not all children have the same chances to access education and women and children don’t have easy access to medical care. And I am convinced that technology can break down these barriers, this is the reason for my commitment to technologies that help make basic services accessible to everyone and in an open manner – Open –
Do you remember your first open source contribution?
My first contribution was the writing of an article on the importance of open source for highly compliant organizations – Importance of Open Source in High-Compliance Organizations – CD Foundation.
How did you get involved in the Continuous Delivery Foundation?
In the explorations of cloud native tools I had a lot of exposure to the CD Foundation Landscape and I thought I could contribute to the evolution of this community as an ambassador.
What is your favorite thing/project/tech to work on?
I am currently very motivated to contribute to the best practices project.
Tell us about the thing you’re most proud of and why?
I recently worked—for several months—in my company to evangelize the importance of having an OSPO to facilitate innovation and propel it towards modern development practices. And I am proud of the fact that for a few weeks now, we have officially had an OSPO.
What is the best connection you’ve made through open source?
I met Garima who is responsible for our ambassador cohort, she is a more than inspiring leader. In addition, I had the chance to collaborate with several motivating members like Matheus Paes.
What is your #1 top tip for getting involved in the community?
Don’t be afraid to take the plunge and contribute, there’s a strong team that will support you. Take your journey slowly
What’s your favorite open source conference?
cdCon, it touches a lot of stack that excites me in open source.
