TOC End User Representatives

Term: August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027

Dan Johnson

Dan is an experienced technologist and has a good perspective on the nature of open source software and commercial software. His organization uses a commercial product based on Jenkins. He’ll be a strong voice for users and the user community.

nikunj doshi

Nikunj Doshi

Nikunj is a Solutions Consultant and Cloud DevOps engineer focused on cloud-native development, DevOps practices, and building scalable distributed systems. His work revolves around designing end-to-end systems from APIs and microservices to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.

He’s spent the last few years working across technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Argo CD, and cloud technologies, with a strong emphasis on observability, performance, and reliability. He enjoys solving complex system design challenges and continuously improving how software is built, tested, and deployed.

Representatives Elected by the Governing Board

Term: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027

Carlos Tadeu Panato Júnior

Carlos Tadeu Panato Júnior

Carlos Tadeu Panato Jr. is a Staff Software Engineer at Chainguard and an open source leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling software platforms, cloud-native infrastructure, and secure software delivery systems.

He is a Tech Lead for Kubernetes SIG Release and a leader within the Linux Foundation ecosystem, contributing to initiatives across Kubernetes and the CD Foundation to advance cloud-native technologies, continuous delivery, and software supply chain security.

His work bridges engineering excellence, technical leadership, and open source governance, with a focus on enabling organizations to build secure, resilient, and scalable software at global scale. Carlos is a regular speaker at international industry events, where he shares practical insights on Kubernetes, continuous delivery, software supply chain security, and the future of open source collaboration.

Stefan Spieker

Stefan Spieker

Stefan is a Solution Architect at Schaeffler and a Senior Expert for User-centric DevOps. His passion lies in driving technical modernization, and I am deeply committed to the open source community, where he serves as an Event Officer for the Jenkins project.

Beyond his day-to-day role, he is a published author and an active speaker, always eager to engage in conversations about the future of digitalization and architecture. Stefan thrives on building connections within the international tech space and sharing insights on how we can evolve our development practices.

Vutukuri Sreenivas

Vutukuri Sreenivas

Vutukuri Sreenivas is a senior AI, security, and kernel engineer, open source contributor, and CDF Ambassador. A frequent speaker at international tech conferences and a dedicated mentor, he also serves as an Org Admin and Project Mentor for Google Summer of Code for Jenkins. As a TOC Representative, Vutukuri is committed to advancing secure, scalable, and community-driven continuous delivery practices globally.

Election Process

End User Representatives: Anyone could nominate a person who works for an End User Company in a Google Form. After nominations, the representatives were voted for by the End Users.

Governing Board Representatives: Anyone could nominate a CDF Community member in a Google Form. After nominations, the representatives were voted for by the Governing Board.
