- Dadisi Sanyika, is the new Governing Board Chair
- Mark Waite, was already on the Governing Board as a Committer Representative but is also now the Treasurer

The CD Foundation Governing Board is responsible for strategic direction, business oversight, and business decisions. An overview of the Governing Board is set forth in the CDF Charter.

Dadisi Sanyika, Apple. Inc
Dadisi is a CI/CD leader within Apple, he leads the Apple Services Engineering Spinnaker Development Team. He has focused the past 9 years on improving the developer experience. He has a passion for building purpose-driven communities. His open source community work includes CDF Interoperability SIG, Spinnaker & CDF TOC. He has also served on CDF Program Committees and CDF Outreach Committee.

Mark Waite, CloudBees
Mark is a member of the Jenkins governance board, a long-time Jenkins user and contributor, a core maintainer, and maintainer of the git plugin, the git client plugin, and several others. He’s a member of the Jenkins infrastructure team. Mark manages the community team at CloudBees and regularly interacts with open source community members through the community forum and issue reports.
