At the end of October, we opened a call for Program Committee members for the upcoming cdCon 2024 in Seattle, Washington, a micro-conference at Open Source Summit North America.
The number of applicants was high (25) and I could only select up to 7 people to join me on the Program Committee. I aimed to balance diversity with experience, and provide the opportunity to engage folks who may have never participated on a program committee before.
